4th International Web Archiving Workshop

Objectives

Following the great success of the first three International Workshops on Web Archiving in Darmstadt, Germany in 2001 (IWAW 2001), and Rome, Italy, in 2002 (IWAW 2002), and in Trondheim, Norway, in 2003 (IWAW 2003),  the fourth edition of IWAW took place in Bath.

The workshop aims at providing a cross domain overview on active research and practice in the emergent domain of web archiving and studies on effective usage of this type of archives.

It is also intended to provide a forum for interaction among librarians, archivists, academic and industrial researchers interested in establishing effective methods and developing improved solutions for Web archiving, maintaining the material accessible.
